Our farm
Abbey Home Farm is a 660ha mixed Organic Farm, certified Organic for over 30 years. The farms produces Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Eggs, Dairy, Fruit and Vegetables. Sold through our onsite shop and cafe. We are passionate about education and public engagement.
Our agroforestry
We have been establishing Agroforestry throughout our horticultural system for the last 8 years, with an alley cropping system in our field scale production, Fan trained fruit trees in our glasshouse and our most recent sytem established in our market garden this year.

agroforestry open weekend 2025
There will be an in depth 2 hr guided walk through all our agroforestry areas on Friday 16th of May, starting at 10.00, please meet outside the front door of the shop. Andy Dibben the Head Grower will be there to meet you and take nyou on the tour.
The Agroforestry will be open for self guided viewing on the Saturday and the Sunday, please ask for a printed guide at the shop counter which will give you all the relevant information about our Agroforestry systems. Enjoy seeing Agroforestry in a horticultural setting and eating wonderful Organic produce in our Cafe, we look forward to welcoming you to our farm.

We will only be open for viewing on the planned tour on the Friday at 10.00, but are open to all visitors between 10.00m and 3.00 on the Saturday and Sunday.

Lots of delicious produce to enjoy on site in our cafe and buy and take home from our shop.

Lots of parking available on site.
dogs
Unfortunately Dogs are not allowed at the farm, due to the presence of livestock.
disability access
The Agroforestry areas are reletaively flat but not surfaced, but if weather is dry should be easy to access, our shop and cafe are fully accessible to all.
