We are delighted to be taking part in Agroforestry Open Weekend 2024
Our farm
Our farm is a traditional pasture based livestock farm with hedges and woodlands. Owned by the Biodynamic Land Trust and undergoing regneration using holistic grazing and growing techniques.
Our agroforestry
Our tree, woodland and hedge assets are integrated into the farming system and we are adding more native trees to improve biodiversity, livestock shelter and soil health. It is a very simple system based on the traditional wood pasture that historically operated on the site and intends to make the most of the biodiverse old grasslands as well as the trees.
